The Royal Lesotho Defense Force-Air Squadron was founded in 1978 as the Police Air Wing. Its roundel is described as being blue inside-white-green outside. Other sources [c2e98] shows a similar roundel, but with the central disk being much larger.

However, http://www.fighter-jets.de/fighterjets/luftwaffen/les.jpg shows the Lesotho roundel as being exactly the opposite - green inside and much larger (as in [c2e98] for blue), and blue on the outside.
